By completing a booking and processing payment, GuestLoop commits to delivering the experience as described and itinerary provided at the time of booking.2. Physical Requirements
Some tours require a moderate to high level of physical fitness. By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges they are in adequate physical condition to participate. GuestLoop reserves the right to exclude any participant whose physical or mental condition may pose a risk to themselves or others, even after initial booking confirmation. No refund will be issued in such cases.3. Health Restrictions
Clients with heart conditions, respiratory issues, recent surgeries, physical injuries, or any condition that may be aggravated by outdoor physical activity must consult a physician before booking. GuestLoop is not liable for health incidents arising from pre-existing conditions.4. Required Equipment
Clients are responsible for arriving with appropriate gear including but not limited to: closed-toe hiking shoes with grip, layered clothing suitable for variable temperatures, sun protection, and personal medications if needed. GuestLoop will not be held responsible for discomfort or incidents resulting from improper attire or equipment.5. Punctuality Policy
Clients must be ready at the designated pickup point at the confirmed departure time. A grace period of 15 minutes will be observed. After this time, the tour will depart and no refund will be issued to absent clients.6. Minors Policy
Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must present a signed authorization form prior to the tour. GuestLoop reserves the right to refuse participation to unaccompanied minors.7. Payment Conditions
Bookings must be paid within the timeframe specified at the time of reservation to confirm availability. GuestLoop reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings after the specified deadline.
Accepted payment methods: Zelle · Credit/Debit Card · Cash (USD)
A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the tour departure.
All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD).8. Cancellation Policy
Tours with no cancellation option:
Some tours do not allow cancellation, date changes, or name changes once payment has been processed. By confirming the booking, the client accepts these conditions. No refunds will be issued if the client is unable to participate. Exceptions apply only in cases of force majeure.
Standard cancellation policy:
Cancellation 7+ days before the tour date: 100% refund
Cancellation 3–6 days before: 50% refund
Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund9. Force Majeure
GuestLoop reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather conditions, political unrest, road closures, or any situation beyond GuestLoop's control. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled date.10. Liability Waiver
GuestLoop and its guides are not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses occurring during outdoor activities, including hiking, boat tours. Clients participate at their own risk and are encouraged to carry personal travel insurance. GuestLoop is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during any tour.11. Photography & Image Rights
GuestLoop may photograph or film tour activities for marketing and social media purposes. By participating, clients grant GuestLoop permission to use these images. Clients who do not wish to be photographed must notify the guide prior to the tour's start.12. Conduct & Respect
Clients are expected to treat guides, local communities, natural environments, and fellow travelers with respect. GuestLoop reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a risk to others. No refund will be issued in such cases.13. Environmental Responsibility
Clients must not litter, damage flora or fauna, or disturb wildlife during any tour. GuestLoop is committed to sustainable and responsible tourism practices.14. CLIENT CONDUCT
GuestLoop reserves the right to terminate the tour immediately, without refund, if a client behaves in a disrespectful, aggressive, unsafe, or illegal manner, or in any way that endangers themselves, other guests, the guide, or third parties. Clients are responsible for any damages they cause during the tour.15. PRICING
The applicable rates are those listed in your final quote provided by
GuestLoop. Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue, unless
otherwise stated.16. TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, hospitalization, repatriation, cancellation, and trip interruption. Please ensure your coverage includes all planned activities. Verifying the adequacy of your coverage is your responsibility.17. DELAYS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
GuestLoop is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by third parties, weather, road conditions, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control. Where the tour includes third-party services (such as boat or ferry rides), GuestLoop is not liable for changes, delays, or issues caused by those providers.18. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
By booking, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of adventure and outdoor travel. You are responsible for your own safety and participate at your own risk. Failure to comply with local laws or
inappropriate behavior may result in trip termination without refund.
You are liable for any damages you cause.19. RESPONSIBLE TRAVEL
Travelers booking with GuestLoop agree to uphold cultural respect,
environmental preservation, and responsible behavior throughout their experience, ensuring a meaningful and respectful journey for everyone involved.20. VEHICLE & MECHANICAL ISSUES
GuestLoop maintains its vehicles in proper working condition and performs preventive checks before each tour. However, in the rare event of a mechanical failure, flat tire, or other vehicle-related issue during a tour, GuestLoop will make every reasonable effort to continue the experience using a backup vehicle or alternative transportation. If the tour cannot reasonably continue, GuestLoop will offer the client either a rescheduled date or a refund proportional to the portion of the tour not completed. GuestLoop is not responsible for any additional or incidental costs (such as missed flights, connections, reservations, or accommodations) resulting from such delays.21. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of El Salvador.
